There is a £10 minimum order value on any online order.
Your chocolates will be carefully packed, prepared and posted within one day of receiving your order.
Occasionally we may not have the particular chocolate or confection you have asked for, to avoid a delay we will substitute with a similar product unless you ask us not to. If for any reason your order cannot be sent we will inform you.
We post first class using First Class Royal Mail (UK Inland) and will post Monday to Friday inclusive and this usually means next day delivery but is not guaranteed. Postage costs are as follows:
Up to 500g £5
Up to 1,000g £7
Up to 2,500g £9.50
Up to 3,500g £12.95
Up to 4,500g £16.95
We do offer a next day guaranteed Special Delivery service for orders placed before 3pm but this does not include Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. We will try to process orders recieved after 3pm but if your order is urgent then please phone to check with us.
Our overseas delivery service usually takes 3 days for Europe and 5 days (or sometimes weeks) for other destinations. Please contact us for prices at email@example.com
Damaged or missing goods
Damaged goods must be returned to us and will be fully replaced or a refund offered. Missing parcels require a 15 day period before considered lost.
Our aim is to provide a first class and reliable service delivering first class chocolate and confectionery to you our customer. If for any reason we fall short please let us know so we may endeavour to make things right, keeping you informed during any dispute. Please do not hesitate to ring us should you wish to talk to us about anything. Our shops are open from 9am to 5-15pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 4pm Sundays.
